Terms and Conditions

We strive to give you the best service that is why we want to make sure that your cakes are received on time and in good condition.

Here are the terms and conditions of delivery to help you better understand our delivery service.


The Service
Upon your purchase, Red Ribbon will deliver your orders to yourself or your recipient provided that the delivery address is covered by the serviceable areas of our company owned stores within Metro Manila. You will be notified via email if the delivery address you indicated is not serviceable. You will not be charged for unprocessed transactions. To qualify for a purchase, the customer must agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Red Ribbon offers next day delivery to the areas specified. Upon ordering and placing a desired delivery date, the sender will receive an e-mail confirmation that the order has been processed. If for any reason, we cannot meet the desired delivery date, we will inform the client through this e-mail.
  2. The purchaser must agree that the delivery details and address that he/she provided as point of delivery and billing are truthful and correct.
  3. Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
  4. Red Ribbon has the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details inputted by the client but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
  5. In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, Red Ribbon has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
  6. If a delivery is late, Red Ribbon will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but is under no lawful obligation to do so.
  7. If the product is not delivered, Red Ribbon will replace the ordered product with one of the same value.
  8. If Red Ribbon cannot fulfill the delivery of the item because the recipient refuses to accept the item due to personal reasons, Red Ribbon has the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
  9. Red Ribbon reserves the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to its corporate policies.

Furthermore, Red Ribbon shall not be liable for any loss, delay, non delivery or misdelivery of your orders due to any of the following:

  1. Act of God or force majeure including but not limited to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion, natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, acts of public enemies.
  2. Act, omission, fault of shipper, its agent, third party claiming interest in the shipment and government agencies with actual or apparent authorities.
  3. Nature of the shipment or other characteristic, defect or inherent vice thereof.
