Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc. (“We” or “Red Ribbon”) is the Personal Information Controller, as defined under Republic Act No. 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012, responsible for ensuring the privacy of the personal information you provide through the use of this Call and Pick-Up Service. As such Personal Information Controller, we process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy.
What We Collect
To process your order transaction through our Call and Pick-up Services, we shall collect the following information:

If you provide this information, you understand and agree that we will use such information for purposes of completing your order transaction. Should you choose not to provide the above personal information, the Company will not be able to process your order.
How We Collect
We collect personal information once you provide us the same through calling your preferred Red Ribbon store. Such information shall be recorded in the Call and Pick-Up Form at our store.
What We Do with the Information We Gather
The collection and processing of your data will enable us to:
- Process your order and accommodate your requests
- Allow for the delivery products you have purchased; and/or
- Update you on the status of the order/s.
Your personal information may be processed by our duly authorized third party service providers and affiliates to enable to us to fulfill the objectives of the Call and Pick-Up Services.
We do not sell, distribute, disclose, or lease your personal information to third parties other than those stated above, unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
Security Storage and Disposal
Data security is very important to us, and to protect your personal information, we have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected at every store.
Upon the pick-up of your order, the Call and Pick-Up Form containing your personal information will be given to you or your chosen delivery aggregator together with your official receipt for your own disposal. Other records (order monitoring sheet) of your order such as your name and date and time of pick up will be disposed of within three (3) months from the closure of your transaction with the Company.
Customer-related information on individual order slips will be given to you together with your order and official receipt.
Controlling Your Personal Information
If there is a need to correct, update, or delete your personal information, you may call or visit the Red Ribbon store where the ordered was placed.
Updating This Privacy Policy
Whenever necessary, we may, from time to time, update and/or revise this Privacy Policy. We shall inform you of any update or revision by placing the date of the latest version on top of this Privacy Policy.
